Shipping and handling rates:
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight or
merchandise Sterling amount of your order before any taxes, adjustments or
shipping charges. If any items are backordered, the total shipping and handling
charges will be allocated proportionately and charged only as the merchandise is
shipped. All backordered items will ship out via
Delivery Charges – Standard
UK Mainland. (Except Highlands&
Islands of Scotland)
We always aim to
dispatch in stock items within 24hours however, Standard Delivery Order usually
arrives within 5 working days for in stock items.
You may receive several
shipments on orders with multiple products.
Our Standard Delivery is via
Royal Mail or Parcel-force. Please provide street address and post code for
delivery.

Returns
We are
proud of our long standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly accept a return for
products purchased at www.treasurehouseofmakeup.co.uk as long as the
transaction meets certain basic conditions.
* Item must have been
purchased from www.treasurehouseofmakeup.co.uk within the past 30 days.
*
Item must be unused and in original packaging and received in that same
condition.
* Return must be postage paid by purchaser.
* A completed
return form must be included in the returned shipment.
* Unfortunately,
items purchased over 30 days prior are not eligible for return.
* Shipping
and handling charges are NOT refundable.
* Specially discounted or SALE items may NOT be
returned.
Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full
refund of the purchase price of the item to the credit card used to make the
original purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing.
